I knocked two minutes off my "Fran" time. Fran is a notoriously short, but brutal CrossFit workout consisting of sets of 21, 15 and 9 reps of 95# barbell thrusters and pull-ups. I finished in 9:07 last night. My goal is to get down to 7 minutes by the end of the year. 5 minutes is considered an exceptional time.
This dude did it in just over 3 minutes. The video is strangely set to a Proclaimers tune:
