So last Friday I narrowly escaped death. Or at least a really bad car accident. I was driving down the 101 and about three car lengths ahead of me, and two lanes to my left, a beige Toyota sedan started to fish tail then went into a slow spin 180-degree spin. Had I been one lane over, or had there been a car in the lane between us, I might not have faired so well.
Everything sort of slowed like it does during an intense sparring match. My body tensed an I got a very narrow tunnel vision as my eyes focused on the car as I waited to see if it would continue spinning into my lane. The car was perpendicular to me when I passed it. I saw the driver. She was wearing big bug-eye hipster glasses and she was clutching the steering wheel. Her expression was no more alarmed then if she was riding the tea cups at Disney. Luckily the freeway wasn't very congested and the cars behind her had time to stop. Everyone lived.
In other news, I think me and the Misses are moving to Pasadena.

That's interesting stuff. I don't know anywhere near enough about any of those. I wish I had decades to study in.
