I don't like to indiscriminately use the phrase "incompetent fuck", but the level at which you perform your job deserves none other. i realize that i'm an interesting case. i was on a leave of absence for a while. when i re-entered my program, i expected problems. hence, i was not upset in May when these problems arose. i eventually got my loan money, and everything was fine. however, i distinctly remember asking if there was anything i needed to do to get my money for fall semester. i was assured that everything had been handled. yet, i recently learned that NONE of my paperwork concerning fall semester had been processed. i was told that i should have received an email about this issue weeks ago. i remembered reading that email, but didn't recall any mention of more paperwork. upon rereading that email, i found there to be no mention of having to resubmit more paperwork. it simply told me that my check would be in my campus mail. i feel it's only fair to label the entire department as one enormous INCOMPETENT FUCK!! no one person is responsible. it took all of you to fuck this up so completely. however, i am mature enough to accept some blame for this situation. i fucked up when i trusted you to do your jobs. i won't make that mistake again.
