Broke out in hives again last night even though I had taken benedryl before bed. I took a shower to calm down at 3 am, but still didn't get shit for sleep afterward. When I woke, I downed some ritalin got to class in the nick of time but soon felt another round coming on. At the first break I said "fuck it" and went back to bed. I slept for a few hours , and afterward . . . I felt fine. No itching. No anxiety. Nothing. However, all afternoon I've felt as if I had just stood up too fast (low blood pressure after ritalin? not likely). So anyway, my body is being willful, and I'm confused as Hell, but I feel better now than I have for a while.
