Another hectic week nearly over. Deadlines are al beginning to come dangerously close, so time is at a premium, but i'm still managing to maintain a social life that goes far beyond my means. all is good.

so, what's been happening...

went out with sarah on wednesday. that was a really nice evening. we went to the waffle house for dinner, which was really yummy. only been there once before, so i'm glad it was actually as nice as i remembered. then we went to see lost in translation, which i enjoyed a lot. i think i was just in the mood for it. it's kinda strange - nothing obviously life changing really happens to the two main characters from the beginning to end of the film, but you just get the impression that somehow imperceptibly things have got better. a good film to watch on a date i feel.

then last night i ended up going to see snow patrol. i'd never heard any of thier music, but amy had a spare ticket and as i'd kept hearing about them i thought i'd go check them out. and was pleasantly surprised - i enjoyed them a lot. the support was pretty cool too.

tonight i'm off to the lcr for some good cheesy music. and to see john dressed up as a fair trade fairy, which should be amusing.

in between all this i have actually managed to get quite large amounts of work done! it's a miracle! but as i said, deadlines are now coming dangerously close, so there's little choice.

mm... loved snow's set this week. she's so cute!
