I am trying to quit smoking and it's not working out real well. Any advice on this evil addiction?

i quit gradually when i did about 5 years ago.. thats what i would suggest.. eventually i just didnt feel the need.. and now it grosses me out

i quit with lots and lots of heroin...dont reccomend that for wvwry one though
