I just finished reading a news artical that indicates that LOTR: Return of the King is like to clean up at the Oscars this year and holds the title as the second top grossing film worldwide ever, second only to Titanic.
Personally, I didn't think it was that good a movie. I mean, it was entertaining, but really. I think "In the Mouth of Madness" and the first installment of the LOTR trilogy were the only two movies I ever walked out on. This almost seems like a fucked up joke.
Yet one more reason why I've never had much appreciation for The Oscars.
