so it's springtime, and with springtime comes a ridiculous amount of good shows. so many, that i can finally compile a list of the ones i'm going to!
4/16(tomorrow)-the good life at the larimer lounge with shawna
"i'd play for her some songs i wrote
she'd joke and say i'm shooting through the roof
i'd say they're all for you, dear
i'll write the album of the year"
(so excited, i haven't seen the good life before and i hear the larimer lounge is teeny tiny)
4/18(monday)-atmosphere at the fox with the now defunct ex-boyfriend....alright, i love atmosphere but you can't deny the awkwardness of that.
4/29-bright eyes and the faint at the ogden with shawna and her western slope posse.
5/04-nine inch nails at the fillmore with jonnytrrrash7 (who rocks by the way)!!

so i finally finished my literature review on nepa for school last night. it was sort of due last tuesday and then he pushed it to thursday, and then he said he'd be flexible so we'd do our "best work". so, of course, i just wouldn't finish it even though i've been really close for about a week. i think i need deadlines. then, i would have had it a week ago. luckily, on tuesday, this girl in that class gave me a huge stack of readings from her environmental impact assessment class to borrow that i could actually use and cite in my paper. sometimes it floors me when people are genuinely nice.

so that's done. i still have three written assignments for school, a presentation, a lab write-up and a crapload of finals. last year it seemed i lucked out and got "sit, listen, and read" classes. but there's only a little bit left so it'll be over soon enough.
