i found some internet...in true boulder style i got on my bike and went to campus with a mission clearly in mind. seriously, like the first time i've ridden a real bike (not rec center pretend bikes) since i was probably...12. and here i am in the science library reference center at norlin, oddly enough. but i get my own internet in two days so i don't have to give these people shifty looks, wondering if they are doing science research or are updating their suicidegirls journal. weirdoes.
hmm...it seems like i had a lot to say but can't really narrow it all down into one cohesive journal entry that would make any sense. i drew up a tattoo that i wanted last night. i'm quite impressed with myself, it's exactly what i want around my om and i DREW it. and colored it. maybe now i'll have some motivation to save for it since it's actually on paper and not an idea in my head. i want to go to the blue door to get in done but i might give it to julie to show her husband and get an idea on how something like that would cost. and possibly get it done by him since julie's always saying he's one of the best artists in colorado. speaking of julie, she was on 1190 last night. unfortunately i was working. she knows a guy who has a poetry show between 6-7pm and she recorded a song and he played it! i'm totally impressed by this! i told her she rocked my world.
so, other than that, i'm kind of living in my own little land right now. i'm so out of touch that we could seriously have an event of 9/11 proportions and i would have no idea.
i think i'm allergic to my second job. seriously. i thought i was getting sick but i'm pretty sure it was allergies because it all only lasted about three days. despite this, it's still better than subway. being in boulder and working in lafayette sort of gives me extreme culture shock when i go to thornton. it sort of subsides as the week goes on but then after the weekend it comes back in force on monday at subways. which is sort of amusing because i'm much more amusing when i'm pissed off.
that's it for now. be back on for good on friday! hooray!

Yeah...random tornado. I caught a minute or so of hail and rain, then I was all clear. Got back to Boulder and saw the video of the bastard on the news. Creepy.
A friend of mine is finishing up the artwork for the ink I'm getting soon...exciting! Time to save a whole lot of money.
