Several weeks ago I donated blood to the redcross. Our company was doing a blood drive and I had found out my sister is O- and can no longer donate for medical reasons. Since she is a rare and in demend type I figured I might be as well and I decided it was time to find out and maybe take her place.

I finally got the letter back saying what blood type I am and it is O-. So I guess it is time to put my money where my mouth is and help the blood pool on a regular basis (about 6 times a year).
