I'm on my 4th day of no smoking.
I feel great actually. I think most of it is mental, and for what ever reason I made up my mind, and my guns are sticky. So, cheers to being less cough-y and more attractive! ( I hear people that don't smoke are more attractive, I am beginning to agree.)

Well another turkey day has come and gone. This was especially nice, and I really enjoyed the company of family. It was delicious, all of it. I have had my sugar intake for the month so that's good.
