just got back from llama's journal, so since I'm on the subject of tea.... camomille with (good!) honey, lemon, and some echinacea drops is a must!

and of course, eat ridiculous amount of garlic; not like you'll be getting much action when you're all sick and dizzy anyway

i sympathize....just got over the flu now have lousy cold, but feels like heaven after spending 3 days sleeping on the bathroom floor...blagh.

if i ever come home, maybe i'll see ya at the YH. glad you agree about the high level of hotness....i was fairly lit, therefore making my judgement slightly askew!
