Dear Verizon,
Being on hold with your customer service support staff is awesome. I really appreciate the way that they a) don't understand what i'm trying to say and b) don't understand how this isn't their fault for fucking up my bill.
I would also like to thank you for the $556 erroneous wireless phone bill. It is a fun game getting your bills in the mail trying to figure out what random charge it will be this time. I mean, I had my guesses... but $556 was an awesome surprise!! I mean, who would have guessed THAT high??
Thanks for the good times Verizon. Happy Thanksgiving to you and all your employees.

Verizon is a piece of shit. My parents have paid them on time and the full amount each bill we've ever recieved, online. Our banking account says we've paid them yet, somewhere in the Verizon network the cash "got lost". Verizon wanted my parents to repay the money that was lost. They didn't and in return Verizon cut off our regular phone line. So ultimately we did pay them the money that was lost. Despite it being a problem that they caused. assholes.

i always dispute things in collection (which right now is a shit load of things). like i had a check for pizza hut bounce that i wrote for like 16 bucks. the debt collector's letter said it was $58!!!!! how the hell do they figure? and if they tried to deposit it for that much, no wonder it bounced.
