WOOHOO! another great weekend once again! I had a ball!
We finally got to go and stay in a teepee at Arts factory a back packers lodge at bryon bay it was so fun.
We got down there at about 9pm. The atmosphere in this place was just amazing sooo relaxing!
After we dropped our belongings off in our amazingly cool teepee, we bought a ticket to the late night movie "City of God" then went and had a drink at the bar and stubbled of into the main stretch of byron, discovered shops we had to visit in the morning and went for a little run along the beach.
We then headed back for the movie, the cinema was so cool! they had cowprint chairs and a laying down area. (It also had U.V lights which showed up every speck of dust on us). I must say i didn't enjoy the movie much it was too depressing and weird and it didnt help that it had sub titles and i was trying so hard as it was to keep my little eyes open.
So we went back to our teepee for some sleep it was cool in there except a couple of snoring travellers that shared it with us
.
I woke up and got a fright cause linoleum was missing from her bed, i just put it down to she had gone to the loo so i drifted off again. Then i woke up an hour later and she still wasnt there! I thought she'd been abducted so i jumped out of bed still half asleep to find her just walking around! ahahhaa i then joined her for an adventurous walk around the lodge and we just happened to walk past a tent which clearly had something going on in it
so we just kept walking like we never heard a peep! In our journey we also discovered the lodge had a cat and a cockatoo!
The cockatoo was in a little cage and it kept screching "Let me out!" "Let me Out!" it was hilarious!
So then we woke john up and went of to have the best breakfast right near the beach and once again i managed to eat the most! We then went shopping YAY I LOVE SHOPPING! and bought some cool as skirts!
By then we were bloody hot so went for a swim then returned to brissy!
linoleum also did a brilliant job of dying my hair its now a purpley red on top with black underneath i love it heaps!
So anyway i had a great weekend and hope you all did too!
Tomorrow we are going to look at material so we can make our own bikinis YAY!
