Just watched Oliver Stone's Platoon for the first time in years. It was the first film my friend and I lied about our age to get into a 15 (I'd have been 12). Wild days :p

Whilst, underneath the god awful script and emo-macho directing, it's a good film, I do have to wonder why the fuck those squads have evidently be assigned a hair stylist and blow-dry facilities in the middle of the jungle.



No wonder they didn't win.
