As if it weren't exotic enough, you'll find that if you stay at El Salam Hotel (www.asiatravel.com/egypt/cairo/elsalam) you'll "enjoy" a continuous flow of Zamfiresque pan flute music: Whiter Shade of Pale by Procol Harum, See How We Are by X (no shit, really) and Holiday by Madonna (at 1/4 speed.)

After that 5th Glenlivet, it's all okay.

I got the "grilled" Chicken (-likesubstance) breast (the breast is in the feet, right?) MRE yesterday.....with the ChocolateMint (and laxative) poundcake and Skittles (whew!thank gods! something I can eat!) and wheat snak bred. mmmmmm now THAT's gourmet!
gourmet means guaranteed to makuh you vomity, eh?

you think that place is wierd...wait'll you see what they've done to the Starbuckseseses over here!
