My interview went really well yesterday, and I didn't have to give the presentation! No one said anything about it, and I wasn't about to bring it up. They're supposed to let me know by the end next week if I have the job or not. And considering the pay, I want the fucking job. $15,000 a year more than what I'm making right now....

So, went to VT this weekend to get more stuff. My piano (electric, but full size keyboard and stand) actually fits in my car! And will remain in my car until I can get someone to help me carry it up to my apartment. Hopefully I'll see one of my roommates later and can rope them into it.

Well, ya know how I was saying I need a new car? Yeah, my car died. The last few days went kinda like this:

Thursday I finally got my car registered ($89), Friday I went to get it inspected. Gas leak, suspension pretty much gone, something wrong with the brakes. Drove it home (while it's leaking gas all over the street), parked it, took it...

Not only am I mostly moved in, but I have wireless! It's very exciting. There haven't been any issues with the roommates yet, so they're all still alive after two whole days. Amazing, huh? I'm going to try going to work at 7:30am instead of 8, though, because there's only one bathroom in my apartment. I have to get up fairly early if I want...

motorcycle! fun, but wear a helmet just because I've known people to get very very hurt in the head without one... see if you can find one of the half helmet's they use down in Miami if you know what I mean...

I've had an east coast motorcycle ride fantasy ever since I heard the song New Sensations by Lou Reed in which he rides his motorcycle to the Delaware Gap... i dunno why that song does that to me...

since you have employment, check out the aptly named album 'Employment'by good rock band The Kaiser Chiefs
