So, went to VT this weekend to get more stuff. My piano (electric, but full size keyboard and stand) actually fits in my car! And will remain in my car until I can get someone to help me carry it up to my apartment. Hopefully I'll see one of my roommates later and can rope them into it.
I also brought my cat Pearl (the Blob) back to Boston with me. She managed to only pee once in her carrier. Luckily she didn't get it all over herself, so I didn't have to give her a bath.
I have a job interview on Friday. At a pharmaceutical company. I'm such a sell-out. I've been saying ever since I graduated that I would never work for a pharma company, and now I'm going to interview at one. They pay more, plus they have good benefits. I need more money. Soon. A friend of mine works there, and he says it's a pretty good company to work for. But the interivew process is four hours long (including lunch, though), and I have to give a 15 minutes presentation on a topic of my choice. I'm going to do fuel cells, which is what I gave for my senior seminar at school, but I hate giving talks. hate it hate it hate it. Thought I was done when I graduated. arg. I better start practicing the talk.
