30 more minutes left of my birthday - what should I do? I think I'll go to bed. By myself. All alone. And it's cold in my room.
Overall, today was a good day. I got a giant birthday cookie the size of a dinner plate, and a funny picture of the person who is not here to make my bed warmer. I also bought my very first bottle of wine, and I remembered the name of the stuff I like! Asti Spumanti, or however it's spelled. Went to see the Aviator with my roommates, and then had Chinese takeout for dindin.
Tomorrow is Monday, and I get to start worrying about whether or not I'm going to hear about that job. I think I will call the HR people to find out if they got my reference letters. Just in case. And I promised a friend I'd get I, Robot from the library. So there are two things I get to do tomorrow. Plus my dear mother sent me the blanket I'd started to crochet, so I can work on that. I need it for my bed, since it actually is kind of chilly in here.
