For this week's movie review, I chose the 2014 film The Mirror. It's a British horror found footage style film. Upon finding this little treasure on Netflix, I decided to give it a go.
Without saying too much, the basis of this movie was pretty simple: 3 flatmates purchase a haunted mirror from eBay, and set up round the clock cameras hoping to catch paranormal evidence.
I'd like to first state that I went into this one hoping for a movie similar to Mirrors or Oculus. If you can accept this movie for the B film it is, it honestly isn't too bad. There were a few times where this film offered some scares, but it was more entertaining than anything.
If you have an hour and a half to kill, and you've got Netflix, I'd recommend giving it a watch
