i got to the hospital about 7:oo last night and the first thing they had me do is watch a video on sleep apnea.
then he started prepping me for all the wires. there was one wire on each shin, one on my left side above my waist, one on the right side of my chest and 16 on my head an face. to get a good connection on the ones on my head and face he used a paste with like sand in it and scrubbed with a q-tip the areas to connect on, i now have little red spots on my head and face. at about 9:30 i turned the lights out but knowing tha tsomebody was watching me through a video camera didnt make it easy to sleep, that and all the wires. it took me about 45 min. to fall asleep and then i kept waking up throughout the night.
about 06:30 this a.m. i was awakend and told i would probaly have t ocome back in about a month and do it again. then i probally would be given a machine t ohelp me breath better at night.
so needless to say im fucking tired today.
