so, I've been in this apartment for 6 months. I'm ready to move on to someplace else....I hate the way the neighbors upstairs sound like a herd of elephnats running around at all hours of the day. So, I've really been taking a look at the goals I've set formyself and I think I might be able to make one of them happen soon....
Well, a little background on this first. One of my biggest goals is to have a house built on a HUGE lot with miles of land between me and the next sign of civilization. I'm a party animal at heart, and I do not do anything lightly. If I'm going to do something, it HAS to be worth doing. Therefore, I want to party all night long, loud music, all that shit.
The way to achieve this goal, is I would need to secure a plot of land and then a trailer home first. I figured I would probably get the trailer first then e the land.
I was looking at prices for land, and it's absolutely insane up here. For the amount of land that they're offering, I could buy myself a house in an overcrowded neighborhood.
Until I found this.....and this seems too good to be true...and I have emailed the agent with questions, but this is an amazing deal if it's true.... The only thing that I need to find out is if there is access to utilities there.
Then I also came across this gem. I received an email back about this saying that it was owned by the person who listed this' parents. It's in a park, so I could keep it in the park or move it to the lot if I wanteed to.
I just don't want to rush into it like i did with this apartment, not to mention it's a good hour away from where I work. But it does seem to be right near the lake
