i never quite realised the cost of living for two people.. it ain't cheap. my sis was ill about a week ago and so i had her stayin with me for like a week. what really shocked me was that i managed to spend 45 in 2 days at the grocery store! how fucked up is that! i know we both eat a lot but damn! well it was ok for her.. to her it was probably like being in a spa 24hrs a day.. all her favourite food and plenty of it. and cooked for her too. and all the cable channels. and wireless internet. and dvds galore.. etc. etc.
the other day i was in my local video game store where this really cool track was playin on the stereo and i just had to ask what band it was.. and when i started chattin to the guy behind the counter i thought i recognised him.. and sure enough he was a guy in a band of whom i have the album of at home
how cool to get to meet people from bands you like at your local.. erm.. video game store.
i seemed to have made his day though. he didn't stop smiling since i mentioned i listen to his band and own the album at home. (also saw them live)

Mechanical Cabaret
these are some pics of my housemate/landlord.. he came in my room the other day wearing a pair of women's tights on his head.. no reason, just for laughs. at least he was dressed, as 80% of the time he comes in naked. but i do that too, just not as often. it's kind of a running theme in our house to wonder around naked when we know that the girls in our house are also in.. it's the thrill of the risk of gettin caught i guess.. stupid i know. but he's the one who's older (30) yet he always acts the teenager.
he likes playin with my toys too.. more than i do

and this is one of my favourite tops! a black sweater with a little king man with a gun...
