Not sure if anyone here has ever had a panic attack or not, but they aren't all that fun...to say the least ....................
Just felt I had to leave so I did.......then one arm went numb.....then the other........then my face went numb and my lips were clamped hard and I couldnt move them......my eye balls were shaking making it hard to drive.....ofcourse I was crying thru most of it too.....not fun in the least.....an ambulance was driving behind me most of the way and I felt like stopping the car and getting in with them.....I ened up at the lake and parked hoping to calm down....i started convusling so I drove up the road a bit more to Steph's parents house......luckily they were home........threw up there a few times.....not a fun experience in the least......seriously thought I was dying....

but I'm all good now......whatever that is...
