I went on a ride to Banff today and when we got there I had a triple scoop waffle cone with GRAPE ice cream mmmmmmmmmmm grape(its purple you know). My friend is affraid to go fast on her bike , so I had to go the speed limit most of the time ocassionally I would do about 180 for a couple of minutes and then I'd go really slow and drive along the shoulder until she caught up. The mountains are so green . I wish it was greenier in the city
