I am Moving Again, Where should I go?

Well, my apprenticeship at MTD basses is coming to an end, and on August 1st I will have one year as an apprentice to Michael Tobias under my belt. I am moving from Woodstock, NY to an undecided location (Within the US) to set up my custom guitar shop, and probably another guitar repair shop. Originally, I was going to move back to my hometown of Hazleton, PA, but that place has close to no musicians, and the whole area just kinda sucks. Really. So........If you got this far in reading this, if ya want to tell me what the average cost of rent is in your area (for a single family house), that would be really cool
