Ok...So I work as an Engineer for a company...im good at what i do and i work my ass off...but for some reason they don;t feel the need to compensate me accordingly...i finally got into a grove here in blackwood and now im going to have to be looking to move all over the contry it seems...that is crazy! i would like to stay in this area, but if i can't i don't know where i would even want to go!
