It just doesn't quite FEEL like Christmas this year... The economy has really put a damper on everything and it seems to be affecting everyone. Not even Christmas is safe it appears. I'm also pissed that Christmas is on a Thursday and I'm not allowed to take Friday off because I'm new at my j-o-b. Ah well, I'll get over it.

I've also been trying to cook healthier food lately. Here's a little sauteed tofu and cheese tortellini dish I put together the other night. It was tasty.
