Condensed update -
I keep a daily journal but there is usually so much drama I don't feel like typing it twice or boring people with the chaos in my life. But - the mother (Kim) lost her job at OfficeMax (we think she got fired because of the way they are hush-hush about it), she started a part-time job at a coffee shop she works at when they need help or she needs cash, Sophi told me (before Thanksgiving) that Kim's boyfriend hit Kim so they aren't living there any more, (Sophi is 3 1/2), Kim just told me yesterday they aren't living there anymore but didn't tell me where she is living (she is required to by law), she did tell me she is living with a married couple adn nannying for them until "we leave", she is planning on moving in January to Ca and expecting to take Sophi with her even though the judge recently told her she can move but she can't take Sophi, a friend of mine saw Kim
working at Sam Goody in the mall, Kim fled to the back room without a word and had the manager help my friend and then called me with lame excuses as to the scenario even though I didn't ask or accuse her of anything. Yesterday i took $5000 out of Sophi's college fund (I have 2 booths at the state fairs - one for Subterranea (my store) and a pet ID booth where the proceeds go to Sophi's college fund, future inventory and rents now that it has made enough to pay me back my investment).
Also - My daughter Lydia (named after the Muppet's song 'Lydia the Tattoed Lady') is into Math and Philosophy. She is 11 years old so I am sending her 2 intro to Philosophy books. I have an BA-MIS degree and a minor in Philosophy. Lydia rocks.
Oh - Sophi and I went ice skating Tuesday. She walked all over the place and even stood up by herself (not an easy thing to do on skates). Don't use double blade skates, they aren't sharpened so you can't get an edge to stand up. She can swim about 7-8 feet underwater adn hold her breath for about 6 seconds goggles help. She spells at least 10 words. She can do any and all of this stuff when and if she wants to but usually she thinks it's funner to just say, "I can't, I don't know how, I'm too small," or some other excuse. Silly girl.

there aren't many guys out there like you so I will praise everyone I see for the simple effort that shouldn't even be considered an effort in the first place.
I hope that made sense..
