Has anyone ever been to shell Island before??? near barmouth.. i've just come back from there it was gorgeous and sooo hot. I went surfing, skim booarding, diving, swimming, played frizby in the nude and got absolutely hammered what a week.

I was lent a pile of DVDs on Friday and haven't gotten around to watching any yet. American Psycho is one of them, and I'm taking this as a sign to watch it first. I hope it's as good as the book.
Well thank fuck for that, that was the hardest I've ever had to work on the weekend, it was so hot and the air-con broke (damn thing ) now all i wanna do is curl up in my bed and sleep, till 12 tomorrow anyway then i have to work again
