I've been up since 6 AM running on 3 hours of sleep. Such bad period cramps on top of already existing stomach pains. I ate very little today and worked til 1 am and now I just got done my workout and to be completely honest, I feel really good about myself at the moment. Funny how when spreading yourself thin you see how powerful you really are.

I find I'm at my best on very little sleep. Constantly running on the bit of energy that is supposed to be on reserve for the final push.
