Having 3 day weekends is spoiling me. But I am still doing 3000 miles a week so it evens out
Spent last weekend in New Hampshire with my old friend Jeane (Eujeane lol). I think I am going to buy this
Yes last post I said I was not looking but I want a fun plane to go zip around in and does not burn a lot of fuel. The C-140 will burn aprox 5 gal an hour. My son will go to NH to work with Jeane next summer and will be taught to fly by Jeane and another exnavy pilot frind of mine Howard. He also has a float plans so Jay will also get his sea plane endorsment. Even I do not have that. I hope they do as great a job theahing him to fly as they did me .
Even though I have a bachelor of science in aerospace studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (means I was trained to be an airline pilot) an 3 months US Navy flight school for rotor wing I still consider Jeane is the man who taught me to fly.
Going to go putter around some then who knows.....
