Hello everybody! It's weekend. This week I absolutely have done fuck all, while I should have worked on some uni things. I've got this paper due on wednesday and if I don't hand it in I'll probably won't be able to get my BA this year. I'd hate that because I'm already a year delayed and don't want to make it two. So I have to get started like yesterday. I've got an oral exam Italian as well that day which I haven't practiced either. But I have done the dishes (now there are only 1 pot and 1 pan left from New Year's Eve.. it was a wash up from hell).
So I'm thinking ahead already. I wanted to go traintravelling through Italy and Greece this summer and go surfing in France, but I won't have the opportunity to save up enough money, because I also plan on getting tattooed in march/april, and ofcourse the Groezrock festival and another festival (either Dour or Werchter, and Ieper if the line up is good). So I'll probably go surfing for 2 weeks in the South of France, get lessons and all, no I haven;t ever surfed before (except for windsurfing). It'll be hard but It'll be party. I wanted to do this last year as well but nobody cared to join me so I went on holiday with the folks (to the Tarn area of France: fucking gorgeous!!).
And then I'll probably wait a year before I continue studying and I'll work fulltime for half a year and then work abroad for half a year, so that'll start around april 2008. I've done it before, twice in France and Italy, animation work on campsites and it's fucking heaven. Yeah you'll have to work hard but you'll also have a lil holiday feely for all that time. And I love working with kids and going crazy. Hunts one day, Harry Potter day the other, arts and crafts, disco dancing: I love all of it! I'm really stoked. I'd love to go travelling the world in this year, but I live in a house now that's actually too expensive for me, so I can't manage to save lots of money. That same house is also a problem: if I give it up before I leave Holland I won't have a place to stay when I come back, and that'll be hard 'cause I'll have to go to uni again very soon after I've come home. But when I keep it there'll be fuck all left from my salary cause it ain't that high. Maybe I'll try to find someone to rent it under to, if my landlord allows it , but it'll have to be a friend, cause i've got trust issues.
I hate i'm not impulsive. But I don't want to live at my parents at 23 and travel to uni for like 4 hours a day everyday.

Have you started on the essay yet?
Maybe if you work hard you'll still get your BA this year, don't give up too soon...
Seems like you're doing a great study and definitely not easy.
Then again, I worked for a year before I went to the academy and it worked because I was dying to study again.
You got some great plans! being impulsive is hard eh?
the trick is: just do it! (now I almost feel like a nike commercial)
only too bad money always ruins the plans, or half of the plans...
but then still do it!
