what a day... vivian had a seizure. talk about freaky experiences. I've literally never encountered one before this so I was kind of unprepared for what to expect...
anyway, in short, the good news that it was fever induced and there s no epilepsy or brain damage. the bad news is, it's likely to happen again when she gets fevers, if her temperature spikes too quickly, which is what happened today.
it's all good now, she's home and safely in bed... but what a whirlwind of emotions when you're sitting with her in the back of a speeding ambulance holding an oxygen mask to her face as she drifts in and out of conciousness...
