ugh... I made some carbonara for dinner and thought I was about to get a stomach flu again (had one a couple weeks ago) a few hours after I ate it.
false alarm, phew.
in other news, well, there isn't much.
my daughter is so smart
16 months old and she eats apples, sings three blind mice and mimics our signs of affection toward her with her favorite stuffed animal. not that I have much experience with other kids to compare her to, but she seems bright for her age. she has been holding and flipping through books since she was like 7 or 8 months old... I had her at a family reunion about 5 months ago and all the relatives kept saying some variation of "babies don't usually know how to do that so young" when they saw her with a book.
anyway... just having a proud dad day
