this is the atom for the element Krypton. since a lot of my tattoos are comic-book and/or science themed, i wanted to get something representing how much influence science has had ON comics and use this to show how it came "full circle" when the Krypton element was named after Superman's birth planet. the numbers in the middle got screwed up - the 46 is supposed to be a 48, i think the stencil had gotten a bit blurry by the time he got to the middle and i didn't notice til i came home and took a pic. at least it's an easy fix

anyway, here it is:

i also got a negative and opposite trace of the tattoo from my right elbow done on my left elbow:



the rest of the background for this sleeve is going to be dark blue and cloudy/gaseous like the grey fill on the right sleeve, but i had it more "solidified" here to make the negative effect stand out more. here's the arm zoomed out a bit:

and then ^^that image^^ flipped for perspective, since gridkid1 was having a bit of trouble fitting both elbows in the frame from any other angle while she was taking these for me
