When I got up this morning, it was snowing so hard outside. VSLF and I are wimpy little Californians: 2 inches of snow is novel to us, these "blizzard-like conditions" blow our puny mental weather processors. And she had to go into work.
Later in the day, a friend called to see if I wanted to go to Central Park. I was, like, "yeah!". The first thing I did upon leaving the building was jump, face-first, onto the huge snowbank in front of the building. I did that a number of times in the park, too. It felt good. And snow is just so weird.
Anyway, on the subway home I realized I didn't have my keys. I think I was a little too frolicsome in the snow, or at least not careful enough with my zippers. What a dumbass, huh?
Status: tired and thirsty.
