I may be broke, but that doesn't mean I have to deprive myself, now does it?

I can't buy an egg & cheese sandwich, but I have eggs! I have cheese! I have English muffins! This should be no problem, right?



Things I have learned:

• Gruyere has nothing on American cheese for this particular fromagerous application.
• Though the cheese should be nice and melty, applying it directly to the frying pan does not acheive this, and fucks up the spatula, besides.
• Don't forget the pepper!
• Three eggs is great for an omelette, but pushing it when it comes to a (or a pair of) breakfast sandwich.
