It's a lull here at the office, so I have an opportunity to update my journal. (Yes, I vist SG at work. Yes, I suppose it's a firing waiting to happen) I'm happy with the temping and all, but, like, half my bosses are recent college graduates. It can be unnerving.
You have no idea how close this entry came to being the final installment of a nipple-themed journal trilogy. I have the adorable polaris to thank (and to blame) for this. As it is, no nipples for you!
Haven't updated since Monday morning, but Seth0067's Lounge Arcade party should be mentioned. The game of the night seemed to be Burger Time, the best sandwich-creation simulation ever made. The next night Leah and I were ravenous for burgers. Coincidence? I think not.
A quotation I like, in reference to an article stating that the Internet has failed: "yes. sayonara. please leave now. take your hordes of inane email forwarding morons, your armies of external-link-policy-writing lawyers, and your tsunami of information-fearing, first-amendment-ignoring, censorship-imposing workplace gnomes and go back to the fucking television sets you never really left, and leave the internet to those who get it. thank you, very, very much." - quonsar of MetaFilter

All melancholy today.
