My Dad's Camera

0

A couple months ago I was given my dad's old 35mm SLR camera, and it wasn't working. So I took it in to Tuttle Cameras over in Long Beach to see if it could be fixed. There I was advised that it wasn't a very valuable camera and that the cost to get it fixed probably wasn't worth it. I had

New Year's Resolutions

1

I've held off from making any New Year's Resolutions for 2014 until today. Every other year I make resolutions on New Years day, like a normal person, then a week or so later I'd need to go into work at 4:45 am for inventory which lasts three days and would disrupt all attempts at starting a new routine and result in...

I concur that waiting until after inventory is a good idea when it comes to making and keeping resolutions. I've done my fair share of inventories. No matter what time you go in or what time you have to stay until, it's never fun. At all. Not even in the slightest.

Tattoo Ideas. Could Use Some Help Please....

It's been over a year since my dad died, and since he passed away I've wanted to get a tattoo in his honor. I don't know anything about tattoo art or tattooing so I'm going to need some help figuring out what to get done and where to get it done and what artist tho get to do it. I was...

did you already chose a option?

skrusel:

I still haven't made up my mind completely. It'll probably be option #1, though. There's too much color in option #2 to really work as a tattoo. I probably won't actually get anything done 'till around March. I need to save up some money. I spent too much on xmas presents. Feel free to share an opinion though :)

How did I get here?

For those of you who haven't heard of him Brad Warner is an author of awesome Zen books as well as a musician and all around cool dude. At the time...

Obligatory post about the site overhaul.

1

It seems like everybody's chiming in with their opinion about the new SG site so I guess I'll do the same since I can't seem to think of anything clever to talk about. Most importantly, I don't really care that much. Having said that, I feel like the overhaul refocused on the networking among the actual SGs and hopefuls which is...

I've finished playing games for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, I'm supporting CHOC specifically this time. I planned to play a bunch of different games, switching every couple hours or so. I planned to stream a few hours of my marathon to twitchTV so people could watch. I planned to hop online to play with friends for a while. Then I made the...

After several years of being a member of the site. I finally decided to stop being a fucking creepy lurker and actually participate in this community that I've been a fan of for so long. This should be fun!
