I HAVE A JOB!!!! YAY!!!! I'll be working at 516 Bourbon starting next weekend. I believe the name is Bourbon Cowboy II, but don't quote me on that as the bar hasn't officially opened yet. Yep, we're opening for Essence. Essence is the largest music festival in the United States celebrating African American culture. On top of great performers like Gladys Knight, you can also experience Empowerment Seminars. I think Janet Jackson is performing this year, too. Even though the bar I'm working at is a country bar with some pop thrown in, we'll be changing up the music to suit Essence. After all, we will be celebrating African Americans. It should be a good time. In honor of my new job (YAY) I'm going to share with you a little comedy. It's called the bartender hates you. Our secret desires. Mwahahahahaaaa. Enjoy.
