This is an inspirational carving I spotted while hiking at the Moon Rocks. This particular location is also known as Bonny Doon Ecological Reserve and is located in Bonny Doon, CA. These Sandstone Peaks overlook Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay, the view is beyond breath taking. Many carvings besides this one can be seen along the way, but I cannot help but come back to this one- it really sticks. I'm not a big believer in fate, but I do believe that things do happen for a reason. Also, it is a good reminder that not all aspects of life are within my reign.

Also, I finally pierced my septum. I have been considering it for a while, and finally got the impulse two days ago. I FELL head over heals for a hoop with an opal captive ball. So now I have the asymmetrical nose discs with a septum ring!
