Today I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Lately, I have been working on conquering my subconscious and negative thoughts/feelings. Those little things build up, boil, bubble, and then the anger emerges. Meditation is a great way to channel emotions, but I prefer exercise as an energy outlet. So, to get myself out of that funk I signed up for Crossfit, went on a hike, and spent the day wandering around with my furry little buddy Nibbler.
