So as some of you know I had a baby end of august 2018 obviously with a baby comes some baby weight and loose skin etc. Come january 2019 I changed my diet became vegetarian and have been practicing being vegan losely. I joined a new fitness centre at the same time. This image taken by @atlanticlungs which is the only preview I will be showing from what I think is my best hopeful set to date called kismet.( which will be in the queue woon) I'm blown away. I am so proud with how far I've come and its proof hard work pays off. Also you do not require meat in your diet for muscle gain.
I have a few stretch Mark's and lose skin but I am happy to wear those as it's all part of being a mum. But please dont ever think you cant achieve something push yourself and enjoy yourself while doing it.
Be It a trip to the gym or just doing something that makes you happy.
