I didn't eat enough yesterday. I ate nothing before the half marathon this morning. At mile 11, I became dizzy and nearly blacked out. It ended up costing me several minutes on my time, and put me in a dangerous position. This isn't the first time it has happened to me. Same circumstances, longer race.
My training has been suffering too. Once I was able to easily handle 70+ miles per week. Now, many nights instead of doing a quick 10 or 15 miles, I'm barely able to complete 4 or 5.
My disorder is affecting my athletic performance. My disorder has twice now put me at the risk of serious harm. I need to stop this. I need to control it. I can't let it control me.

I think I will be. I think this was the kick in the ass I needed to finally start making the changes I need to.

Pretty much. Wiggle it around with tongs and the snake will take it.
