My back and ribs are all fuct up again. I have practice again on Saturday... how the fuck am I supposed to do that?

Melissa's going to Vegas this weekend. I'm going to be a bit on edge but I'll be able to deal.

On another note I can't seem to get the idea of cancun out of my head!
