Ya know... I thought I was in fairly decent shape. Before this whole training regiment started, I weighed about 190lbs. For a guy that's 6'2", that's not overweight at all. But this program I'm on is making me start to wonder how bad I really was when I started. By the time I'm done I'll have lost 10lbs. and about 8% body fat. These guys are making me feel old. They both kicked my fricken ass last night. It's starting to feel morbidly good though. You can almost feel all of the nasty, unhealthy shit coming out of your pores.
The good thing is that I didn't have to change my diet too much. I've always eaten well and had a fairly good diet. Just cut down on the simple carbs is all I had to do.
