Alright... So I get this call from one of my dad's contacts in baseball. I talked to my dad and he said I should go for it. You only live once he says.. very true. But what's even crazier is a friend in passing that I've played against throughout highschool and college paid me a visit Saturday night. I was working for my family and all of the sudden Richie Sexson (major league first baseman. Ironically enough he plays for the Mariners who is the team that's interested in me) walks in to hang out with some friends that he was supposed to be meeting an getting some drinks with. So I talked to him for a bit to catch up and see how he's been these past 7 or 8 years in the big. He said he was going to do me a favor and see what he can do for me. I am sooooooooo excited I'm beside myself. I couldn't sleep the past 2 nights very well. I feel like I need to pinch myself. This is crazy!
