Overall, the climate I handle best is tropical, although I periodically get these cravings to go and hang in the mountains with that crisp clean air that you don't always get here.
I want to see the world and the intricacies of life that only certain places foster.
I want to trek through Europe and sites in Asia, the Down Under and other places that I've missed (like Hawaii).
I would be found missing palm trees if they aren't wherever I am, but I'd survive, regardless.
I would like the shores nearby, the island blood in me probably wouldn't know what to do if I were eternally landlocked.
I would like to venture somewhere where defined seasons exist, perhaps lying under cherry blossoms and a beautiful full moon.
As far as work goes, I love being a geek. I love working on the systems that I handle now and would like to increase my operational knowledge of related and complimentary equipment.
I would want to essentially make my own hours and only report to my clients or team.
I want the capability to be on the move and work from wherever I am currently passing time, but often not necessarily needing to be anywhere in particular.
I could enjoy myself, anywhere, naturally--but yearn for picturesque locales (like under the northern lights during a meteor shower).
I don't fare too well completely isolated from technology, but can escape for days (or maybe a week and change) at a time with no adverse effects.
I'd like to experience sites and locations that are alive with art and music.
I want to become skilled with that shutterbox and capture the world around me, digitally.
And of course, ideally I'd have the company of someone as extraordinary as you to share it with.
It doesn't matter exactly the place I end up, as long as I have everything I need.
That's what I think it comes down to...
Oh and somewhere down the line, there need be surfing involved.
Yeah, that must happen. :D
