Officially time for me to get back into shape and start being healthy. A bunch of different sites say a good way to follow through with weight loss plans is to blog about it. So there are people who can keep you accountable...well I'm not very good at computer things (even tho I loved writing programs in my C++ class) so I'm not going to start a blog just for this out in the big world of the internet so I will just use my suicide girl blog here! Congrats people you are the lucky chosen ones. (Basically I feel safe here)
So my starting weight is.....gosh this is hard....ok I can do this...205 lbs. This is high but not my highest I was at 224 last Christmas. I'm pretty sure I was able to lose those 19 lbs b/c I was too poor to buy much food so I was limited to a smoothie for breakfast, lean crusine for lunch, and then ramen for dinner....not the healthiest meals and little to no exercise which means I probably lost more muscle than fat.
My weight goal according to charts for my height is 110-125 lbs...but I think I would look sickly that tiny. So I was thinking 165. That is 10 lbs smaller than my profile pictures (of course I had almost no boobs then and now I'm a 40 D. It will be sad to see them leave.) I have 40 lbs that I want to lose overall.
I'm thinking 5 lbs a month is a good and do able goal. (comment if you think otherwise I really have no clue what I'm doing) My 1st small deadline is Christmas when I see my family again and I want to be 190lbs.
Now to do this I am planning to start running. I think I can run/jog/walk 3 days a week and at least just walk the other days (I got to take my puppy out anyways). I believe I can do 2 miles a day which mean I will do about 200 miles by mid December.
I will post starting pictures later tonight or tomorrow if I can work up the courage....

Thanks....I'm doing this more to be healthy than skinny. My heart doctors are not happy with me...and I really want to keep my heart happy....
